Honey & Tahini Salad Dressing

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup tahini

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons dijon mustartd

2 teaspoons of Wesley Cottage Bees honey

pinch of salt and pepper

1/2 clove garlic (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If you have an old empty and clean honey jar, use this to mix and store dressing in. Combine all the ingredients together. Whisk with a fork and give a good shake until thoroughly blended.

  2. Add cold water if it needs to be thinner - 1 tablespoon at a time.

  3. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week. It may thicken with time, so simply add more water or a bit of oil.
